CycleFit Indoor is a fitness program that combines strength training and power-based cycling.
Our outdoor training program is all about building better fitness on the bike.
Learn the skills you need to be a better bike handler. Our skills classes are a combination of lecture and technique drills you practice during class and then do on your own. Topics include hill climbing, cornering, group riding, and more.
It’s just you, your coach, and your bike. If you’re new to cycling, start with a lesson on using your clipless pedals or let our coaches teach you proper gearing and cadence. If you’ve been riding a while, learn how to corner at speed or techniques to make hill climbing easier. Personal Training is also ideal for busy professionals and riders training for serious events.
